Accepting New Clients —

Relationship therapy, also more widely known as couples therapy, is a form of therapy to help strengthen relationships and build effective communication skills that cater to each couple’s specific needs. I work with clients in relationships of all structures and phases—including mono and poly relationships, and even relationships that are not romantically focused.

  • Romantic Partners

Intimate relationships are difficult because they often reveal our deepest fears and vulnerabilities. The process of riding through the ebb and flow, even when you’re in a relationship, can be isolating and confusing. In couples therapy, we would explore the inevitability of conflict between individuals and the nuances behind each choice and reactions that take place in your commitment to each other.

  • Buisness Partners

Like any other relationship, business partners may find themselves dealing with contention and disagreement. Establishing a trusting foundation and understanding your communication styles are essential parts of optimizing your working relationship. In relationship counseling, we would explore some of your shared worries and individual insecurities, then find ways for you to build true security within your partnership.

“Curiosity comes out of a sense of safety; rigidity out of being vigilant to threats.”
